LOL You told us so? Sorry Tom...looks like you were wrong again!! Got reports out of Maryville and Knoxville of about one inch and that was before it stopped there. Both I and the NWS had 1-3 in the central valley. Next time dont limit yourself to just one value and you might do a little better torch

I have about 2 inches of snow here. I saw a few reports on Facebook of about 3 inches in other parts of Greene County.

This one was almost the same for everyone. 1-1.5 inches with isolated higher/lower pockets. Even LeConte only received 1.5 from the synoptic snow.

Might want to get that forecast worked on Bud, officially 1" in Knoxville and 1 1/4 here in Halls. Maybe you'll guess right next time.

A friend of mine came into the tutoring lab today and had pics of her measuring 3 inches in her yard. She lives in Dandridge. Holy hell, I was wrong... pass out cliffdive

I think that measurement was taken in the southern part of Greene County. They may have gotten a little help from some upslope enhancement near the mountains. 3-4 inches of snow seems to be fairly common in the southern and eastern parts of Greene County. I'm basing that off of Facebook reports, so I can't verify.

Upslope has produced some near white-out conditions this afternoon. Picked up about 1/2 inch from it.

Fantastic pictures Toot. This is one of the most wintery days in November I can recall. It snowed at least a little for 24 hours straight and the daytime high was 29 degrees. This cold reminds me a bit of I believe November of 1989. I seem to recall a bit of snow and temps in the mid-teens when I was going deer hunting that year. December 1989 turned out to be ferocious temp wise. Not a ton of snow because the cold drove the storm track to Cuba.

15 degrees here currently at the house coldest Thanksgiving I've ever seen. I saw where Lewisburg, Shelbyville in Middle TN, the temp is currently 10 degrees!! I'm not sure what happened at TYS as they are at 25 right now while everyone else even KMEM and Chattanooga are colder, but anyway a nice, cold white thanksgiving here at least! Happy thanksgiving everyone

Now Toot, nothing wrong with dating a girl that looks young. That just means she will carry her age very well 20-30 some years down the road.
