I take about 5g of Vitamin C everyday, hopefully that will it away. I had it bad about 4 years ago and it was awful. I still don't think my lungs have recovered.

Nasty stuff around here as well. My wife was down all last week with it. I had a small bout but had to work due to supervisor deciding anyone who missed work due to illness will get points against them. Pretty shitty since we have PTO built up to use.on another note when supervisors get sick they are allowed to take unplanned PTO with no repercussions. Pretty shitty on VW part but it is what it is
Sincerely from the filthy one,

For the past few years during the cold season I have been eating a tablespoon full of sourwood honey everyday. That seems to work wonders. A nip or two of some good moonshine also seems to help keep any flu bugs away

Sourwood is good stuff. I've got my own bees so I like to mix a spoonful of raw local honey with fresh squeezed lemon and a shot of Dickel or Jack for cough suppression.
