If it keeps snowing like this there is no way it gets to the low 40's in Knoxville. Too much dynamic cooling to overcome.

I'm tickled to death with my inch this morning, lol. Unfortunately, I'm reminded here that it's late March, as soon as it stops snowing, it melts. Hopefully the next disturbance tonight will provide some more accum. for us. Haven't heard much mentioned about it like earlier was said. However, this is the icing on the cake for me, as I'm now at about 11.5 in for the season! We all better enjoy our late season last gasp o winter here, before long we'll be sweatin' and swearin' and wishin' the 90+ heat and humidity would go away. One good potential thing about a late season snow is you don't have to wait as long before winter re-visits again next year.

2 inches so far with a decent chance at another 2 by tomorrow afternoon. Probably have gotten 6 inches from this if it was Winter.

Been in the 30's all day. Winds 15 to 30 mph most all day. Some light snow has been falling off and on. Another little piece of energy coming tonight with more snow/flurries.

lol mrx says rain and 42 for me but i only got to 37 with all snow, 35 now. the dusting i had earlier has since melted of course but its still flakin' outside

The point forecasts are idiotic.

This is mine for tonight.

Snow showers likely before 8pm, then rain showers likely between 8pm and 9pm, then snow showers likely after 9pm. Cloudy, with a low around 29. Breezy, with a west wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow accumulation of around an inch possible.

As if it's going to randomly change to rain right after dark for an hour.

Just had a powerful snow shower that covered the roads. Then the sun came partly through the clouds for about 45 seconds and it melted.

If it gets down to the forecast 29 tonight, travel will be tricky in this area.

Nice pics John! Looking at radar its probably going to get tricky on area roadways tonight/AM. MRX says a low of 30 here but I think that is too warm. Seems they have been too warmn for a few days now. Its 35 already here..going to the 20's tonight!

Just received a light dusting again here at the house. Now that the sun has gone down, it's dropping on down. That snow shower brought the temp down to 32 here. Here's hoping for one last white ground by in the AM.

Steady moderate snow. Accumulation has clearly resumed at this point. Temp is 30 degrees. I expect it to get to maybe 28 tonight. There is so much moisture in the air I'm not sure if the temp can fall that much. But the lack of sun will aid in additional accumulations.

Man, it's really coming down now! No joke, I have close to a quarter inch again, and if this keeps up, it's gonna be freakin awesome!

Moderate to heavy snow at the moment in Greeneville too. The grass is covered and even the roads are starting to turn white. This band is oriented perfectly to keep us in the heaviest snow for a maximum amount of time.

Snow all day and too warm, get close to freezing now and snow stops...lol. just my luck.

Freakin crazy! Another inch on the ground here..currently light snow and 32 degrees. Will probably get more tonight than I did last night

Got another half in here. The band seems to have slipped back to my west again. West end of Mtown and extreme N, Jefferson co. seem to almost always outdo the East end of Mtown in these kind of setups, at least this year.
