I know. It just sucks not knowing what the hell is going to happen. I still think the euro is about it but I would like to see it further west. So I could get some action! But still room to play.

Little over an hour ago Chatta went under a WWA. One county over all ready called some of the schools off. There thinking on the weather models as of 1 to 2 hours ago was they were going with the GFS and some other model. Forget which it was. And one of the models maybe NAM not sure was pushing everything more south and east.

Well there are 2 waves coming one tonight though tomorrow morning that May clip the se part of tn. But the main show will be wed thur. Once that is out of the way we should have some clarity on this I hope!

I think the next euro will be the key to this storm. It's been trending in our direction and it will interesting to see if it holds serve or trends west. Jmo.

For me the low down south would have to cut across SE ga for my area to get a good snow

When does the gfs come out? Local guys said 2 inches possible. I truly feel they think the mins are going to keep this stuff off of us. I say bring the snow. Would love to take daughter sledding for her first time.

New run of gfs is in around 10pm (cst). But I'm pulling for a 75 to 100m shift west.

I'm in knoxville area. I'm hoping it comes this way a bit as well. I guess it's possible to go from 2 inches to over five with a simple shift. That nam model has me concerned. The euro and Canadian looked decent last run though

Yup..that is true. I do remember that! I hope he's right this time again. 5 inches here in the valley would be a big deal to us.

I just watched your link oak ridge.... as I mentioned Todd Howell said 2 inches in my lenoir city area at the same time David said 5-7. I truly think this one has them stumped and all guessing. I would definitely like to see more snow before seasons end. This is likely the last chance.

Never mind on the NAM. Complete garbage. At hr1 it's bone dry where it's snowing hard right now.

I'm starting to think we will not see anything but 34 degree rain.

Never mind, I know this but I got confused reading another forum. BTW early indications is the GFS is more NW.

Poor Atlanta and northeastern Georgia. We might get smack by a couple days of snow. However, they might get smacked by an inch of ice.
