Sad News About Toot.

Since this was Toot's forum, I wanted to pass along some information to the members.  I saw on Facebook that Toot passed away this morning. I don’t know any details about what happened.

I never actually met Toot in person, but we’ve known each other for several years through weather forums. Tracking winter storms won’t be the same without him.

Mr. Spurgeon was of the Baptist faith. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoying fishing. He was preceded in death by his father Danny Lynn Phillips.
