First..that is raw text data extracted from a model run. There is about three different ways to analyze model data. Graphical..text...or sounding. Graphical is my favorite..but to show you what that data means I will first have to straighten it up a bit...because what you have above is a jumbled mess

Not sure exactly where you got that data but here is pretty much the same thing from meteostar.

This is 6z GFS extracted text data for KCHA (Chattanooga)


From left to right

The first slot is the forecast hour.
Second slot is the date and time in the form of UTC.
Third slot is the surface temp for that hour.
4th and 5th slots are max and min temps for that hour given a certain plus or minus tolerance allowed for model error.
6th slot is your dewpoint for that hour.
7th 8th and 9th slots are wind speeds and directions. The 7th is winds at the surface..8th slot (925mb) is winds at about 2500 ft up in the air and the 9th (850mb) is winds 5000 ft up in the air.
10th slot is total precip for that hour.
11th slot is how much of that precip is convective.
12th slot is your 500 to 1000mb critical thickness value for that hour. 13th slot is your 500mb height value for that particular hour.
14th slot is your 500mb temp which is about 18,000 ft up in the air.
15th slot is your 850mb temp which is about 5000ft up in the air.
16th slot is your 925mb temp which is right above the surface about 2500ft up.
The 17th slot is MSLP (mean sea level pressure) also known as barometric pressure
