Precip has ended for now? But the sky is clearing? And temp has went from 26 to 29 in the last 30 min. So the next round for me will be a cold rain.

Must be heavy sleet in southern middle TN. Bright red showing up on radar.

Good radar returns moving over this area but nothing hitting the ground here. This is the first time I've been in the southern valley for potential wintry weather.

TWC reporting snow at KCHA with heavy snow nearby. Temp is 28 at my house but only the occasional flurry stopping by to say "hello, remember us"?

It was nearly all snow here in Marshall county. Got an inch in under an hour. Visibility was under 1/4 mile for awhile. Reports of heavy snow all the way into N AL.

First time this year Ive seen SNOW in my yard..Who hooo. Still snowing and temp 26. By the time it has taken me to post this the ground is now covered..I know it wont be around long but I will take what ever I can get drool

Well I was definately wrong about the stronger WAA in the valley. Temp profiles in the these clippers are tough to nail down facepalm

Ground is white in Hixon with heavy quarter sized flakes.

Finally started here John. Decent sized flakes. Son in law keeps sending me pics from their house on Signal. Their roads are slick. He is getting ready to take his T Rex out for some fun. Whatever is falling here is sticking instantly.

Won't take much to at least see a white ground for a change. Ringgold, Ga area reporting heavy snow in places, just 10 miles to my south.

Snowing at a decent clip now. Not expecting the precip to be around long but at least the car, houses and ground are turrning white. Roads just starting to whiten as well. Temp is 29 with moderate snow as of 10:55 a.m.

Still coming down pretty good here. Roads and ground are well covered with 1/2 inch-3/4ths inch.
